A colleague has a need for a document tracking system. He wants to write
and draw on plain paper and for this then to be scanned into his
database system. He needs a built in viewer that can display the
document (presumably TIFF) in a dedicated window in much the same way as
documents are displayed in Best Practice or Medical Director. (You click
on the date of the consultation date and the associated TIFF is
displayed in the adjacent window.)
It is a simple application and does not require anything specific to
Australian medicine or for that matter to medicine at all. I expect
there are specialists out there who are already using something similar
and perhaps the lawyers or accountants also have what I need.
Does anyone know of, or can recommend, a specific product?

P.S. It would be nice if we can export demographic data from PracSoft to
it. I have one kludge that I might be able to use to do that.
