No.  Some practices don't even use computers.

If impatient, you may want to check out a couple of hippos:

"We have pharmacies and doctors communicating via 2Hippo using our
intelligent printer.  using this method you can encrypt, sign and send a
script (or any document). 
If its a script you can use patient consent to 'direct' to a pharmacy
without the need to "pull' by the pharmacy, which is suitable for a
small scale trial. (although we do support a 'pull' model).  We have
found a lot of correspondence is not scripts, such as the information
flowing between nursing homes, hospitals, pharmacies, and doctors.
