I'm sure this isn't the case.  We have been receiving
pathology/radiology downloads for over 8 years, and
for the past 5 years have not received hard copies at
all (after signing some authorisation to this effect).  And
irrespective of whether requests are computer generated
or hand written, we still don't get any hard copies of
reports/results.
