I agree the quality varies greatly, but in such a weak market you can't
expect better.
If GPs were prepared to pay for good support and had better guidelines
about what to ask for, and divisions still mostly had staff with skills
to advise practices, things would be a lot better.
But maybe I'm just dreaming and going around in circles.
