PC anywhere redundant?? Not for my private use.

The truth is the support person at the end of the remote tool or in front of
your computer is competent. EDS is one of the biggest IT and support
suppliers in the World. (Yes - Many would say they have one of the worst
support records as well) The Government and private commercial clients use
EDS and the mostly remote help desk including remote support as it is much
more efficient- (read cheaper - allegedly - the Tax office is about a 2.5 to
5 billion contract- not sure how you call that cheap)

I for one would be very happy to have a highly competent and reliable remote
assistance if it was required- I am having fun doing it myself. I cannot see
how many doctors manage to do their clinical work, administrative
requirements and IT functions. Something would have to give sooner or later
and I assume the computer might be put after patients and bills.
