I like others prefer in & out correpondence in different folders.  I realise
some wants them all in the same folder etc.  So what is sensible to you, is
not sensible to others.

surely correspondence would be sensible to have in and out in the same 
folder, with the options of sorting like e-mail into threads / dates / 
author ?
