Well, I have installed it and it can contact my database server (running on Linux) right out of the box, as well as the file server (SAMBA, Linux). It never occurred to me that anybody would want to access it the other way round - if I have to use a MS product for whatever reason, I try my very best to hide it from the network for obvious reasons. Thus I was quite relieved noticing that the default out-of-the-box installation did not allow this virtual Windows session to be seen from within my intranet, but that might just be a property of the firewall settings on the machine running the virtual sessions anyway. I am afraid I can't help you there; you might have to read the virtualbox documentation Horst _______________________________________________ Gpcg_talk mailing list [email protected] http://ozdocit.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/gpcg_talk
