The complexity of the possible programme options has meant training has been difficult. As Craig Barnett mentioned: "I think the key issue or "word of warning" for using profile is understanding it is not "out of the box" It is a very open platform for YOU to determine how it will be used in your business." Perhaps there is a place for a user forum or at least an Aussie template library ?
