Hi Bill I have had a quick look at Profile and had some interaction with a Mr Stephan Coetzee - Profiles (or Intrahealth Systems Ltd)Service &Implementation Manager.!). I understand it doesn't interface to well with third party applications like Eyre care (CARE Plans) and I heard a few rumors about encryption issues. I am still waiting for a demo copy from Stephan and could not really comment on profile.
Stephan seemed to know his stuff and I assumed support from him would be of a good quality. Being a NZ based product it might have several geographical draw backs I have had in the past with my current product Medtech32. I did see it at Manningham General Practice.
