The issue as you have discovered here Fee is not so much a comms problem
but a contractual one. Andrew MO is a specialist. As a specialist he
wants HeSA signed documents. That's too hard for the geepees, so no dice
and we are back to square zero.
It's amazing how the biggest obstacle to efficient medical communication
in Australia is the government.
