True, but a digitally signed document is a good thing. We now have about 70% of GPs on the Sunshine Coast with dongles. Interoperability will come by end of time, oops mean year. We have worked out how to do it with Argus and is working MO->Argus now but we have to know the EMail address and PKI Key name to set it up. I think the issues about the dongle are a little overstated. Its not perfect but is very secure by most standards. We don't really want to be the man in the middle in a fight with the HIC over valid referrals.
