I care, David, as evinced by my many long and impassioned posts to this
list and its predecessor on this very subject over the years. But I am
damned if I know what to do about the current situation. And if I did

When I say only Oliver and I care, by this I mean, all clinicians for
whom the current impasse in efficient electronic communication is a
problem every hour of every single working day. We are interested in
this for purely selfish reasons. It will probably make us more money. We
are willing to tolerate better patient care as a side effect.
I grant that epidemiologists are on a higher plane. They are interested
in things like improved health care, more effective use of resources and
all those other left wing, pinko, commie things that they go on and on
about.
