Interest - from whom, the vendors?

It should be a government mandate, and if they were capable of efficiency it could be done by wiki and completed in a short timeframe, with the input of the vendors and interested parties like those on this list.

We live in hope. PG 4 PM, then maybe we'll see some innovation in government.
