Could you please post this to both the IMIT-Policy and GPCG lists?

TIA

Hi Guys

I have posted this to the SA-IT list and so far have not received any leads.
Julian Flint suggested I ask more widely - hence this email. Any feedback would
be greatly appreciated.
Does anyone have any ideas on companies able to do a conversion from Spectrum
Classic to MDW3?

One of my practices has contacted HCN about the conversion and they have
suggested that this needs to take place via a third party and HCN provided him
a lead. This (interstate) company has suggested that a copy of the back up
along with a $500 cheque should be posted to them to enable a quote to be
provided. Not all that encouraging.
Is anyone aware of any companies who can give a quote without a relatively
substantial fee to provide a quote?
The Spectrum system is based on Fox pro and they practice has 6500 – 7000
patients on the database.
TIA
