Except for the time (several years ago)
that I got a phone call from the private
psych one Friday at 5pm ... (verbatim): 
"Hello John.  I have had your patient in
private hospital for the past 2 weeks.
She's no better; actually she's worse. 
Anyway, I'm going on holidays now,
so I'm handing her over to you."
