Mario, once they provide drinks / food (incl. a sandwich) at the doctors
surgery, it has to be disclosed on the website.  So you can't ask your
family GP to share his six pack with you as he can't get it anymore.  BTW
Expensive alcohol was banned 2 years ago.

Yeah, I guess you are right.  Maybe they'll come up with a "Six Pack"
arrangement, so each encounter is under 20 bucks and there is no need to
report.
