OK, here’s what I’ve heard back from Pallavi (IBM) regarding availability of
the folks from IBM relevant for the UG meeting. In square brackets you’ll note
the known conflicts on that date.

What I’m asking for here is, if you know of any other conflicts on a given day,
please let me know by responding via email. Knowing what the conflicts are will
help people vote for a preferred day.

Please to not respond via email with a vote for a day, I’ll setup a poll for
that, so I can quickly tally answers. I value your feedback, but don’t want to
tally a poll via email :-)

1. All Day Sunday November 15th [Tutorial Day]
2. Monday November 16th [PDSW Day, possible conflict with DDN UG —email out to
DDN to confirm]
3. Friday November 20th [Start later in the day]

I’ll wait a few days to hear back and get the poll out next week.

Best,
Kristy
