sorry to hear that. This might be related to issue [16], but I'm not sure w/o 
further information. Could you provide some more information by giving us the 
output of the following code and the Console.app log when encrypting a mail:

> $ defaults write org.gpgtools.gpgmail GPGMailDebug -int 1
> $ /Applications/Mail.app/Contents/MacOS/Mail
