Ok, problem solved. I had actually 3 different personal keys in my key ring. I don't know why (as it used to work good with version 1.3.1 and also previous ones) but an old key was used, *correctly* to sign, but *not* to cypher! I removed all my keys but the more recent one from my key rings and everything is ok now.
