Really you aren't asking me, but people here (Nicaragua) understand "correo 
electrónico" to mean "Dirección de Correo Electrónico."  And almost everyone 
knows what "e-mail" is.  (No me gusta usar tales expresiones cuando hay algo 
mejor en Español.)
