Arguably, a challenge with localization strings is that many times there's a certain design that allocates a pre-defined amount of physical space. With that in mind:
"Direccion de Correo Electronico" is a whole lot longer than "E-mail" and could cause trouble. I'm not familiar with the internals of GPGTools, but this is something to keep in mind, since if all you can see is "Direcc" that might not be helpful ;).
