Corlin here: Welcome .....
Some time ago I started writing a "How to use GPG" guide for the novice user. Of course it got delayed, because of other work, and I will be ready to pick it back up soon. The focus of this will be the new user. It will not explain the "why" or the "what" of strong encryption, only the 'how". I think many people would use GPG and/or other similar systems, if someone could just walk them through the set-up and use. I want it to have a simple and slightly humorous tone, with short videos, and or cartoon illustrations. I definitely want to include a section on using Thunderbird and Enigmail. So I am looking for any other how-to's out there. So I can get a better idea of what works, and what confuses the new user. Any ideas? ( I am going to focus on the Mac platform for now, as it is what I use to create other "how-to's" in other fields).. On Oct 12, 2011, at 4:19 PM, Robert J. Hansen wrote: > So -- howdy.
