Agreed. Also, right clicking is not an "obvious" way of accessing
functionality - does it conform to HIG? As a new user you have to
"know" that the facility exists or you'll not think to right-click.

Not so sure about this.
I guess the use case is "I know I definitiely don't want THAT, but THIS might
be worth downloading later, when I have a faster link, perhaps".
I actually prefer the other option...

Perhaps with the option to mark all for download (a) Later, or (b) Never (c)
Now. This is the logical extension of the current "select all / none".

It would need to be "deleted" since otherwise you'd have things marked as
"downloaded" which were nevertheless absent and unplayable!
Presumable you can always "undelete" them as normal, if you change your mind,
by selecting the episode for download again.
Just my 2p...
