Justin: Can we do something about this in the database layer? It looks like a
really weird feed, but having got the guid, shouldn't it be possible to see
episodes as "new"?
Cory: The problem I see with this feed is that gPodder has been developed with
the assumption that URLs don't change (http://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI) In
this specific case, the _content_ of the same URL changes, and the URL stays
the same. In theory, we already have downloaded the specific URL, so no need to
download it right now. And we can't change the default behaviour for all feeds,
as this might break other podcasts (i.e. guid staying the same and URLs
changing).
