OS: ArchLinux x86_64. KDE 4.3. QtCurve. I can't see star in unplayed episodes.
Here is how I can fix this problem.

I copied /usr/share/icons/oxygen folder with other name (myoxygen). Then I copy
everything from .../gnome/ folder to .../myoxygen/ without replacing existing
files and change my icon theme from oxygen to myoxygen. Now it works.

Before I've tried a lot of kde themes as well as gnome themes. I guess there is
no necessary start icons in that. Also I guess that problem is in working KDE
with icons. On Gnome all works fine with themes that don't works for me on kde.
gnome-colors for example.
