I subscribe to some podcasts that I don't want to listen to very often, like
daily podcasts or TED talks. I subscribe just in case I ever need something to
listen to, or to ensure I have the entire backlog available.
Please add an option to for gPodder to not prompt me to download certain
podcasts. I'd like to not have to uncheck the plethora of daily podcasts every
time I refresh my feeds. I'll download an episode manually if I want it.
