Lately, I haven't had enough "time for myself" time. Even writing this reply is tricky enough. I should be free in less than a week, and I'll give it a go. I already glimpsed through the source code for all references of ICON and STOCK_, but since it's easier to do these things visually, I might overlook some icons. As for sizes, 48x48 would seem to work the best in gPodder's interface (the same dimensions used for "large" Tango icons.) There could also be 32x32, 24x24, and 16x16 versions as well.
