--- Comment #4 from Tim <[email protected]> 2011-07-04 17:36:46 BST --- Well I gave a half hearted try at making gpo work in windows. I got it to appear to run somewhat but not really. All I did was edit the python script by just changing the directory reference at the top from /user/bin/etc/ to just /bin where python.exe is located. Also changed the lf to cr/lf that you have to do for windows machines. I then put the script into the gpodder\lib directory. I then dropped into the gpodder/bin directory and did the python \Program Files (x86)\gpodder\lib\gpo.py and it gave me the help info. Although the crlf thing messed up the formatting. I then tried to do the update option and it seemed to run for a bit but actually did not do anything. This is where I have to admit I am not a python programmer and probably would not do this job justice. So if anyone else wants to give it a go I would be appreciative. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.gpodder.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes. _______________________________________________ gPodder-Bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.berlios.de/mailman/listinfo/gpodder-bugs
