I am using my father's old laptop PC, which runs the Japanese version of Windows XP Home Edition SP3; so the locale is Japanese. My gpodder exists in an NTFS partition, but the episodes are downloaded to a different NTFS partition. The actual location of the Downloads folder is not the standard one.
