One thing that I might be happy with is that we could re-use the "archive" flag
for episodes that have not been downloaded and use it as kind of "sticky" bit.
Episodes that have the "archive" flag set won't be deleted, even if they
disappear from the feed. You can set the "Archive" flag on a whole
subscription, and new episodes will automatically be archived. Would that work
for you?
