Well, there are different ways that I can think of now: - create the tutorial
on your own repo and we link it here https://grass.osgeo.org/learn/tutorials/,
- create a news item with the tutorial in the grass-website repo:
https://github.com/OSGeo/grass-website, - sign in in the grass wiki and
directly edit there or, - the preferred one: make a PR in rstats repo with a
vignette proposal. There's a contributing file that you can check:
https://github.com/rsbivand/rgrass/blob/main/docs/CONTRIBUTING.html. Maybe have
a look at other packages vignettes to see how they are written, but I assume
it's (R)markdown. Ideally, use North Carolina sample data when calling GRASS
data.
Let us know if you have further doubts. You can also post your idea as an issue
in rgrass repo to get feedback there.

Version 0.2-8 of rgrass7 (R-GRASS GIS interface) has been published on
CRAN. This version also works with GRASS 8, despite the package name, but
also represents a bridge to the future rgrass package, no longer using
rgdal but now terra for file transfer.
This release will permit those using functions readRAST(), writeRAST(),
readVECT() and writeVECT() to transition to the new read_RAST(),
write_RAST(), read_VECT() and write_VECT(), which use SpatRaster and
SpatVector objects defined in the terra package, and which may be coerced
to stars, raster and sp objects for rasters, and sf and sp objects for
vector. Details of the development may be followed through

from contributors. Since rgdal will retire during 2023, these steps were
necessary, as well as opening up the R-GRASS interface to other R packages
