I have exactly the same symptoms with the latest Graylog 2.0.3 VM on a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM.
* VirtualBox gives "VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX)." with the default 4 GB Graylog VM RAM * When RAM decreased to 2 GB, VirtualBox VM hangs immediately * When RAM decreased to 3 GB, Ubuntu menu comes up, after selecting Ubuntu, VirtualBox VM hangs immediately Boy, do I wish Graylog would support running on Windows natively.
