Yeah that doesn't work, you can't run the OVA from within a VM. You need a hardware host with a CPU that has the VT-X/SVM (Intel/AMD) option. Vagrant is also using VirtualBox in the background. I think the best option then is to spin up a VM on Amazon and use the AMI https://github.com/Graylog2/graylog2-images/tree/2.0/aws
