Hi Chris, Graylog 2.0.x doesn't support running the Graylog REST API on another context path than "/", so http://MY_AWS_RT53_DNS:12900/api/ is simply the wrong URI.
Try using http://MY_AWS_RT53_DNS:12900/ instead. Are you using any reverse proxies in front of Graylog?
