This is unfair imo, I'm not a Mozilla employee, but I am a addon ambassador and a amo editor, and I volunteer a lot of my time to these efforts. I speak for myself though; first of all FF4 isn't released yet, and the hope is to release it by the end of the year, so let's reserve judgement please.. secondly I've written a patch that will allow GM to work of FF4b1 many days ago, and I've written a couple of different ways already, but the patches have not been pulled yet. So GM can work on FF4 quite easily. GM 0.9 will be integrated with the addon manager, and that work is largely complete for FF >= 3.6.*, the FF4 integration isn't hard at all, but there are bugs in the new FF4 addon manager that need to be resolved still..
