and discussed many times.
Anthony, thank you for your response, and for all your work on GM.
I didn't recall seeing anything about this change, but I just realized
that it would have happened on the greasemonkey-dev list, so I apologize
for calling you out on this list.
I suppose I need to go read the GM-dev archives to inform myself about
the history of this change before harassing you and the list further by
asking if there's any interest in reviving the include/exclude editor
function as I described.
