In recent times, going to Court as a final resolving point has become an action in itself and ironically, this being done in name of some imperial resistance. ADB- the one issue we know of late which was more or less a political issue was fought in court. You know very well what happened. Secondly, infamous ice cream parlour case.. what was the verdict? ( am not going to social merits of the case here) or what happened after the final verdict to the individuals well-known who fought in the case. The amount due to engage lawyer, fees, ect. etc. am not very sure how which will it accrue. some one who knows this can explain. And do you think it is easy to fight individually a very strong union supported staff. Just go through CU's recent history. I didn't say not to use court as a venue to extent the struggle for social justice. Because implied in this case is the issue of social justice. Don't you think so? I was only highlighting this problem. very easy to mock. let us discuss on limits of judiciary in dealing such cases including reservation.
