look at these national importance institutes---- in addition to IITs and IIMs, Aligarh muslim university,alahabad,Bhu,visvabaharati and 19 NITs etc. the mainstream discussions ar like this--- whether it is positive discrimination or not? is it affirmative action etc. we have built up a powerful Corporate-political and Academic complex in india-they have set an agenda for anti-reservation.
