The growth based indian neo-liberal economy has prepared for creating a new super rich technocratic nation state.B.Jalan(former reserve bank governor) says that 20 super rich indian property holders' assets are equal to 30 crore peoples' assets of indian society.this kind of super rich can't be seen in nowhere in the world.such a growth is happening in such a short period. the brahmin representation in india govt is much higher than in 1990s(comparing in 1930's ).A strong national economy combined with a nuclear state demands to challenge any pro-affirmative action in indian society. social justice agenda created by indian thinkers like ambedkar is in serious crisis.this is happening in the period of indian subaltern assertion.a new kind of social justice agenda is needed rather than clicking old reservation agenda which is being neglected.while strongly defending to implement the so called reservation agenda, new social justice measures to be implemented.
