The following is the text of a message under circulation from the Russian
camp, which not only underlines the (seemingly absurd) alibi that would,
most likely, be put to use but also, far more chillingly, hugely validates
the apprehensions of imminent invasion being aired by the Western camp.

One can only earnestly wish that all these do not eventually lead to a
nuclear apocalypse.

Dear Colleagues,
Official news appeared testifying that Ukraine will soon attack civilians
in Donbas by heavy weapons : diplomatic and administrative staffers from
foreign Embassies and Consulates located in Ukraine have been instructed to
go back home. Such countries are: Canada, Latvia, Finland, Estonia,
Japan, New Zealand, the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, plus Russia, etc.
Usually, diplomatic personnel are recalled before the war is imminent.
The root cause of a potential war in Europe is Ukraine, openly backed by
the USA, the UK, the EU and NATO who are supplying ultra-nazi regime in
Kiev with heavy weapons ( see the attached slide please) and advisers,
intending to regain Donbas, but not Russia.
Ukraine has massed 150,000 troops near Donbas. Its General Staff has
already approved the Ukrainian Armed Forces' invasion into Donbas.

Kind regards,
Vladimir Kozin

Saturday after Washington and its allies warned that Russian forces could
invade Ukraine at any moment.

The U.S. State Department ordered most of its embassy staff to leave
Ukraine, adding to its call on Friday for private citizens to get out of
the country within 48 hours. The Pentagon said it was withdrawing about 150
military trainers.

In the latest effort to avert hostilities, the Biden-Putin call began at
11:04 a.m. Eastern time (1604 GMT) [i.e. 21:34 IST], a White House official
said.

Russia's military buildup near Ukraine and a surge of military activity has
fueled fears that Russia could invade. Russia denies having any such plans.

Earlier on Saturday, French President Emmanuel Macron told Putin that
sincere negotiations were incompatible with an escalation in tensions over
Ukraine, France said.

Washington said on Friday that a Russian invasion of Ukraine, likely
beginning with an air assault, could occur at any time.>>
