I have no error on my system (Debian/sid updated recently, so TeXLive
2013)... What is your TeX system?
Can you please send me the file Main.log produced after a failed
compilation?

In my opinion it's more linked to your general TeX system than on
Gregorio (these things haven't changed for about a year I believe).
