I tried putting it in ~/texmf, which is my TEXMFHOME, but it wasn't
picking it up from there (it was still taking the latex-base files from
/usr/local/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/tex/latex/base), so I just overlayed
the latex-base.tds.zip from CTAN directly on top of
/usr/local/texlive/2015/texmf-dist and ran mktexlsr.

I ran the gregorio-test suite at this point and everything worked, so I
think, provided I did things correctly, the backwards compatibility they
built into the packages is working and GregorioTeX works as-is.

Probably someone else should check as well, since I'm not too confident
I set up the new LaTeX correctly.
