I also think so... You should try TeXLive 2008. I especially recomend this distribution since I'm working now on LuaTeX (which will benefit a lot to Gregorio) and I can see that all the important decisions and updates are made by the TeXLive team (not the MikTeX one)... For example MikTeX won't have LuaTeX until next year (and they'll have a lot of work to integrate it), when it's already in TeXLive 2008.
