Hello, this was a bug in gregorio due to a "feature" in LuaTeX that they should have been fixing since (I'll test later why this bug still appears on a recent LuaTeX). This bug is fixed if you take the latest version of gregoriotex.tex (http://svn.gna.org/viewcvs/*checkout*/gregorio/trunk/tex/gregoriotex.tex?rev=795).
