Thank you for this bug report. Actually it was really a bug in gregorio
due to outdated calls to some LuaTeX functions that have changed since
0.36. Now the trunk (if you update your svn repository with svn up)
should work OK. I also patched a lot the gregoriotex files in order to
make them really work with luatextra and recent LuaTeX, please tell me
if you have any problem. The bug with the font that appears when you use
luatextra is a real bug, in luaotfload. Sadly I can't correct it now,
but I'll bugreport to Hans Hagen soon. In the meantime if you want to
use luatextra (which I advise you), you must use this line before
\usepackage{gregoriotex}:
\luadirect{callback.reset('define_font')}
It also made me discover another (minor) bug in luatextra, so thank you
for this!
To others: the last commit impacts really a big amount of things, and it
may introduce bugs. Please test the latest tex and lua files and tell me
if they work ok with your documents!
