Hello,
A couple things:
1) What does your document preamble look like? Does this go away if
you use any of the LuaLaTeX packages, for example
\usepackage[utf8]{luainputenc} or luatextra? I can only reproduce it
when not using any of them.
2) If you're running lualatex from the command line, you can use:
lualatex --interaction=nonstopmode myfile.tex
and the TeX engine will attempt to continue through errors (they're
still recorded in myfile.log if you need to examine them).
Hope that helps,
-Tracy
