I tried the latest SVN (Sat Sept 25), and I still get the bug. The SVN updated
gregoriotex.lua, but the bug still seems to be there. I am using texlive 2010.

I also see that the last several svn versions alter the vertical spacing of the
chants. I updated to 2010 texlive and installed the latest gregorio a few
weeks back and have had a number of issues crop up with files that were
previously done with 1.0 and texlive 2009. They compiled to pdf just fine. With
2010 and the latest SVN, the vertical spacing is quite a bit different, so I
have had to go back and adjust things quite a bit. In particular, it seems that
in the past the first line of the chant was lower than it is now. This closer
spacing is not necessarily bad, I only mention that it is different. Is this by
design?

Nor I do not know if is the combination of the two updates, or this is
something that was changed in recent gregorios. I had been using 2009 and
gregorio 1.0 until these past few weeks, just to avoid any such issues until I
was finished with my latest project. It is done, so now is the time to test
upgrades.
