You are correct. The SVN update does fix the problem. When I updated 
the SVN files, I only did a make/make install, figuring that the make files 
installed the .tex etc. Since the fonts had been installed, I assumed that I 
did not need to re-run fonts/install.py. I see that is not the case. Once I ran 
install.py, gregoriotex.lua was updated to the current SVN version.
