Hi Alvaro,

That's not really an accurate characterization of the described
approach. When a particular AS chooses to aggregate a route, the
discarded route does not pass to neighbor to whom he'd otherwise pass
it on a general routing policy basis. Folks paying the AS for a full
view of the Internet do not receive a full view of the Internet.
