Thank you for your suggestions and support. In the version-03 draft that was just submitted, I put in a new paragraph to incorporate your suggestion. Please see Section 4, second paragraph. Please note that the Types are now organized as subsections, and also reordered. So the Type numbers (#1 through #7) have been shuffled.
